Tendo is a long-established and market-leading furniture making company, with over 70 years of history in Japan. We were one of the first companies to use moulded plywood for practical use immediately after WWII. The durability and reliability of the products based on our technology are proven by our rich record of delivery for government agencies and public facilities, including the Prime Minister's residence and guesthouse. TENDO has been highly acclaimed nationally and internationally by many designers, including Sori Yanagi, and we have produced many historic designs. Many of these masterpieces are permanently stored at museums including MoMA and the Louvre Museum.
