2005年に工業デザイン事務所として設立しました。20年を超えるメーカー勤務で得た多種素材ノウハウを活かしたものづくりを核としたデザイン活動を仙台で行っております。この3.11震災前は、名取市閖上で海から500メートルの所の、伊達正宗が300年かけて造った運河前の優美な建物での活動でしたが、津波ですべてを失い現在は仙台市内が活動の拠点となっております。
Zima Design was set up as an industrial design firm in 2005. We have been providing our services in a wide variety of materials, backed by our expansive expertise gained through over 20 years of experience in manufacturing. Though we were previously based in Yuriage in Natori-city before the Great East Japan Earthquake on 11th March, as all was lost to the tsunami, we are now operating from Sendai-city.
