Casane Tsumugu (re)discovers and (re)designs the sustainable regional assets, optimizes their values and weaves in the wishes of people to bring them to the future. From Akita and northern Tohoku region, the organization visualizes the attractiveness of the region and produces local businesses, products and systems with care and gratitude toward the ancestors in order to pass them onto the next generation. For that purpose, it broadens its perspectives and takes panoramic views of changing situations, while at the same time condensing the appeals of the region.
