Akita Wooden Training Project was launched by Works Guild Japan Co. Ltd (planning and production company of wooden products) and Fortuna Inc (digital character contents production) in 2010 to promote production, workshop organization and event planning of wooden training goods. The main purpose is not to "preach education principles" or "provide learning", but to "play" with wood to feel closeness to nature, and to grow sensivity and potentials. The organization aims to promote this as "wooden training", and runs activities through digital and analogue channels.
