がんばっぺ！茨城プロジェクトの賛同者・協力者は数知れず。缶バッジを一つから購入いただいたみなさますべてが賛同者であり協力者。推進主体であるコアメンバーは現在11人。「言いだしっぺ」はいますがプロジェクト全体のリーダーはいません。それぞれに本業を別に持つ有志が言いだしっぺの言いだしたことに賛同し、自然発生的にプロジェクトチーム化しました。それぞれの得意領域においてそれぞれがリーダーとなり活動を推進しています。
Supporters and contributors to the project has been innumberable. Anybody who bought more than one pin badge for this project is considered to be a supporter and contributor to this project. There are 11 core members that currently promote the project. The organization is very flexible, and has "faciliators" but no ring leader. Volunteers with day jobs who agree with the faciliators' ideas participate. This flexibility resulted in the gathering of unpremeditated project teams. The core members whose skills match the project serve as project team leaders to promote the activities. ("Gambappe" means "let's try our best" in the local dialect.)
