Omori Wood Works is a workshop where we produce, mend and maintain wooden fixtures and fittings (including sliding screens and doors), produce and restore paulownia chests of drawers, and produce bespoke woodwork items. We strive to create products that bring out the best characteristics of wood and enrich our daily lives. We developed our original "Hanasashi" vase made from varnish trees that are otherwise disposed of as waste products. It was selected as the Governor's choice in the Ibaraki Design Selection 2009.
